Cost Tracking Overhaul
The problem
A general contractor tracking a $21M project across a sprawling spreadsheet — hundreds of columns, linked to three other workbooks, color-coded notes only the original creator understood. Reconciliation meant opening four tabs and cross-referencing by hand. New PMs couldn't use it. Mistakes were costing real money.
What we built
Replaced the entire system with a structured workbook: pre-set input areas for cost codes, budget adjustments, and an invoice log. The live dashboard auto-calculates original contract, approved changes, current budget, total invoiced, and remaining balance.
Outcome: Any new PM picks it up day one. Now a reusable template deployed on every project.
Invoice & Spend Tracking
The problem
Dozens of cost codes, hundreds of line items, vendors scattered across tabs. Getting one number — how much a specific contractor invoiced this month — took two people and a full afternoon of digging through files.
What we built
$4M+ in invoices automatically tallied by contractor, budget code, date, and pay period. Running totals update instantly and feed directly into the live budget dashboard.

Automated system that generates a full annual summary by month and client. 1,586 hours tracked with zero manual tallying. Any question about project profitability or client billing answered instantly.

The problem
247 unread emails every morning. Urgent court notices buried under spam and newsletters. Two hours of sorting before real legal work could begin. Deadlines were being missed.
What we built
AI agent that runs at 6 AM: reads and summarizes every email, flags deadlines, detects calendar conflicts, drafts responses trained on three years of sent messages. Added intake automation with conflict checking and weekly billing digest.
